Rules & Regulation

  • Participants must perform the push ups in the space & facility provided by organiser.
  • Body to be supported on the toes at one end and palms only at the other end. The starting point will be in, both elbows in the locked position.
    The downward range should be at a point where elbow joints are in a straight line with the shoulder joints or above the shoulder joints. From that point, the participant must return to his starting position with both elbows in fully locked position.
  • Participants are not allowed to wear any supporting gear like Elbow Support, Golf Elbow Brace, Elbow Maxtaping, Wrist Brace, Sweat Bands, Fitness Gloves, Wrist Support, Rib Belts, etc.
  • Participants must lower their chest to the floor and then push back up to the starting position. This counts as one complete push up.
  • Participants to do the push ups on anchor’s count.
  • If a participant fails to complete a push up with proper form (as per the video on website) the judge may issue a warning or disqualify the participant.
  • Participants must watch the valid Push up video on the event website to avoid confusion.
  • The Push ups will be counted manually by an individual moderator.
  • Decision of the judges will be final.
  • In the event of a tie, respective prize money will be clubbed & split equally amongst the winner and the next prize will start from the number thereafter, eg if a tie is for 2nd prize money, the prize money of 2nd & 3rd will be clubbed and distributed equally between 2nd & 3rd participant and next will be 4th prize.
  • Participants must follow all safety guidelines and use proper form to prevent injury.
  • Any unsportsmanlike conduct, such as taunting, arguing with organisers or distracting other participants, will result in disqualification.
